Twitter has been hacked

BBC News Technology announced that over the course of the week and due to unauthorized access attempts, Twitter has fallen victim to security threats. Twitter with more than 200 million active users confirmed that 250,000 users account were affected. Hackers have had access to user information such as usernames, email addresses, and passwords. As a way to mitigate damage, Twitter has reset password accounts sending emails to those affected users explaining the situation and asking to create a new password. If you have received one of these emails or if you have some security concerns check this link http://manage2lead.wordpress.com/2013/01/19/25-passwords-for-dummies/ as a reference for creating a new strong password.
