Key Contacts: While the universe of customers in one account could be extensive, account managers knows how to prioritise and follow up customers contact. It is recommended to have a clear list of the top 25 contacts in which all key contact from customer cycle processes such as decision makers and influencers for key processes are identified. Then profile and establish a follow up process with each one at least twice a month. By nurturing your relationship with key customer you will be able to get support when a task needs to be processed faster or move it first in the pipeline or even when a problem has arised.
